So what kind of person are we really looking for?

You are the face and voice of our studio at the front desk. You smile, and are abundantly helpful and polite. You’re Type A, organized, but you laugh at cat videos. Just not at work, ‘cause you ain’t got time for that. English? Nailed it. You speak it fluently and write it like Emerson. Even in your emails. Especially in your emails. You’re driven, but humble. Reliable, but energetic. You know what 8:30am looks like and have no problem staying past 5. You love creativity, and want to be immersed in it. You dot your i’s, cross your t’s, and know how to make an umlaut over an ö on a standard QWERTY keyboard. You rock Microsoft Word, Excel, and know your way around Outlook. You’re 1/3 event planner, 2/3 bookkeeper and banker, 1/2 mind reader and 100% communicator. When you have nothing to do, you…scratch that, you’re always busy. Making it happen. And if you had to Google Emerson, don’t sweat it. We have a writer that comes up with these obscure references. Sounds like you’ve found the right place. Welcome aboard, skipper.

Phones, Administrative support, Contact Database, Email, Calendars, Snail mail, Clerical, Couriers, Subscriptions, Petty Cash, Jump Event Planning, Boardroom and Meeting Coordination, Kitchen, Supplies and General Office maintenance - upkeep and oversight, Processing Incoming Supplier Invoices, Visa Receipts.
