HJ Architects Web Design

When Hanson & Jung Architects approached Jump to design and develop their new online presence, we eagerly accepted the challenge. The existing HJ Architects website was a legacy build; an all-Flash site that had some interesting bells and whistles, but was in need of engaging and up-to-date content, intuitive navigation, and a content management system.

We began by designing a site that is clean and contemporary, using their logo to anchor the site but developing a design that is in sync with the architectural style they deliver in their design. We employed a minimal amount of animation to give the site enough visual intrigue without overdoing it. Using an open source content management system allowed us to deliver an affordable content management solution that meets their needs, giving them the ability to add portfolio sections, edit existing pages, as well as publish news.

The new HJ Architects site was launched in November 2008. Check it out at www.hjarchitects.ca.
