We’re looking for someone who understands the complexity of packaging and retail signage, with a healthy respect for preserving design intent (our designers can get grumpy, and you get that). You like to work quickly but with a high level of attention to detail. You make really well-organized people look disorganized and you are a strong communicator (you literally dot i’s and cross t’s). You’re a pretty damn good retoucher and know your way around Photoshop. You know a nutritional table and where to put it (and no, delete isn’t an option). You read the CFIA guidelines in your spare time, and they may even be your favourite Instagram channel. You know a dieline when you see one (and how it configures), can make mockups with ease, and intuitively understand the importance of context and scale in sign programs. We’re not asking for much, just an obsession with execution, a sense of humour, and a solid work ethic.
We’re looking for a passionate creator that is driven to capture that perfect shot, and make that perfect edit. You can take a project from start to finish, from storyboarding to planning to shooting to editing and motion graphics (oh my!). You’ve got great design instincts, and a knack for translating ideas into videos with impact. You develop content that stops the thumb scroll, and simply begs to be shared. You know what “on-brand’ means, and who your audience is (and no, they’re not ALL on TikTok). We’re not asking for much, just an obsession with great content, a mastery of capture and editing, a sense of humour, and a solid work ethic.
We’re looking for someone who instinctively knows how to manage the complexities of social media communities for our clients, and for Jump. You’ve got great design instincts and a knack for creating engaging content. You bring an affinity for fonts, a propensity for photography, and make video go viral. You know an ad when you make one, when and where to put it, and you know it isn’t really an ad after all - it’s a highly relevant and engaging conversation starter. You manage accounts and conversations with ease. You’re the voice of the brand and build followings like a Kardashian. . We’re not asking for much, just an obsession with what’s trending, a sense of humour, and a solid work ethic.
