Align Custom-Fit Footwear is a boutique clinic specializing in designer footwear that is custom fit for your feet.

We believe that custom-fit footwear is not just for those suffering from foot ailments, but that custom-fit footwear can improve comfort, health, and quality of life for everyone.

Align came to us looking for a new visual identity, retail environment, and website that could clearly differentiate them from their competitors in the orthotics market and help them revolutionize the way that people think about their footwear.

First we developed the new brand identity which was a modern execution that uses the ‘g’ as the centrepiece of the logo, the tail of which also forms the ‘O’ in ‘Orthotics’ in some executions.

Next we rolled out the logo to a custom corporate identity and collateral program that began to define the brand further. Footsteps across the front of the business card, for example, bring a personal touch to the corporate and professional card, which is also extended into the physical space. The monochromatic blue back showcases the dominant brand colour and highlights the product and its core benefit.

The boutique style shoe display elevates the offering, and custom lighting accentuates the footwear, placing the custom-fit footwear on a pedestal.

Colourful graphics in the shoe display wall opposite the waiting area bring a vibrancy and suggest an energy that Align will bring to the customer by revolutionizing the way they walk.

We developed additional collateral elements that further define the Align brand and give Align staff a professional and elevated sales piece at trade shows. These pieces elevate perception of the Align offering and help to begin the conversation with potential partners and clients.

We also developed a brand new website for Align that educates customers about the Align difference, and helps them to understand how Align can improve their health through custom fit footwear.

Responsive designs for mobile devices are a part of the new website build in order to make the online Align experience a seamless one, regardless of device or platform.

In behind this wall is the evaluation area which houses a treadmill and the staff measures the gait and completes the analysis of each customer. A step-by-step outline of the process forms a graphic on the wall to inform the customer and a walking ‘g’ foot print pattern is featured across the back wall.
